Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients with orthopedic conditions to develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions for outpatient orthopedic patients
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols to maximize functional outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain professional competency through continuing education and professional development opportunities
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice protocols

Required Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility for licensure)
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Orthopedic physical therapy experience in an outpatient setting
• Board certification or specialty certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy
• Experience with manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription
