The Senior Consultant plays a meaningful role in helping clients address complex valuation needs by applying technical expertise, sound professional judgment, and analytical insight to support informed decision-making, deliver high-quality client service, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.Essential Functions and Primary DutiesReview consultant work product, provide technical guidance, and support quality control across engagement deliverablesManage all phases of assigned engagements, including planning, execution, coordination of resources, and timely delivery of client work productApply independent judgment and advanced analytical skills to evaluate data, develop conclusions, and deliver practical solutions to internal and external clientsContribute to achievement of engagement and practice revenue objectives through effective execution, client service, and identification of additional service opportunitiesExercise discretion in managing engagement scope, priorities, and budget parameters while meeting quality standards and deadlinesParticipate in business development and relationship-building activities, including professional networking and cultivation of referral and cross-serving opportunitiesPerform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assignedPreferred QualificationsExperience with tangible asset valuation, appraisals, fixed asset inventory, and property data collection within a client service or consulting environment is preferredAbility to travel, including overnight travel, up to 70% based on client engagement and business needs Posting Date: 2026-09-14
