What You’ll Do: Greet patients with warmth and professionalism—making them feel informed, comfortable, and cared for Clearly explain treatment plans, scheduling, and financial details Coordinate appointments and support clinical and administrative teams Serve as a key communication link between patients, doctors, and staff Contribute ideas and embrace opportunities to grow personally and professionally What We’re Looking For: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills A true team player with a collaborative mindset Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Dental or surgical practice experience is a plus (but not required for the right fit!)
