The work is challenging, but deeply meaningful—because every improvement we make has the potential to change a life.If you're ready to contribute to something bigger than yourself and help transform the future of healthcare, you'll find your purpose here.Job DescriptionThis position has responsibility and authority:Create, troubleshoot, and support PowerShell scriptsEngineering Support of Windows server platform to include Virtual server provisioningUpdate and manage documentation as necessary.Provide Root cause analysis for production outages as requiredEngineering Support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and Sites and services, etc…Engineering VMware and AHV leveraging tools such as Terraform and AnsibleResearch and build towards Industry security hardening best practices as appropriate.Adhere to IT access-management and change control procedures.Receive and respond to escalationsBuild towards Automation and Self-ServiceCollaborate with team members and support the execution of IT strategy in a cost effective and timely manner.Stay abreast of industry best practices in risk management techniques and integrate new methods and tools as appropriate.Engineering Support of other areas of technology supported by Server team (Exchange, Azure, Proofpoint, Box, Logic Monitor, Okta Single-Sign on and MFA.Engineering support for enterprise monitoringDesign, document, build, test, deploy new or existing solutions, technologiesQualificationsSkill/Job Requirements:7 years+ Systems Engineering experienceMicrosoft Certifications – MCSE 2012r2 or above huge plusBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceSME level experience with PKI infrastructure – experience with public and private PKI infrastructure mandatorySME level experience with SSO – experience with Okta mandatoryPower Shell Scripting level 5 or above (highly proficient), additional scripting languages a huge plusExperience supporting Mobility a huge plusFamiliarity with Commvault, Netscaler, etc. is a huge plus.Experience with Exchange 2012 or > and Exchange online, O365 Azure is a huge plus.Familiar with project management methodologiesExperience with Azure and AWS (to include O365)Familiar with IT Infrastructure Security principles and best practicesFamiliar with DevOps best practices a huge plusAdditional InformationDue to the nature of our business and the role, please note that Intuitive and/or your customer(s) may require that you show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19.
