Senior Fpa Analyst
A well-established, full-service law firm with offices across the country is seeking a senior Fpa analyst to support firm-wide financial reporting and analysis. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role working directly with senior leadership and serving as a key internal resource for the finance team.
What you will do:
- Build and maintain detailed financial reports and analyses using excel, sql, and bi tools
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting cycles including financial statement analysis, ad hoc analysis, and compensation reporting
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert on the firm's financial system and reporting infrastructure
- Partner with departments across the firm to complete external surveys and special projects
- Mentor and support junior fpa analysts
- 4+ years of progressive financial analysis or fpa experience
- Advanced excel proficiency -- power query, pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas
- Sql experience -- writing complex queries for financial data extraction and reporting
- Experience with bi tools such as tableau or power bi is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Ability to clearly communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders
- Professional services background a strong plus

Compensation up to $120,000 depending on experience. On-site position in denver, detroit, or minneapolis.
