Gustav’s has been a Portland/Vancouver institution for more than 30 years, known for hearty German food and a loyal community of guests. Now part of Northwest Hospitality Group , the local, chef-owned team behind Amaro’s Table and Cecilia, we’re building on that legacy and investing in Gustav’s next chapter.

It’s an exciting time to join the team. We’re bringing new energy, developing our people, and continuing to raise the bar while keeping the heart of what has made Gustav’s special for decades.

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable and ready to work
Team-focused and willing to learn
Able to work with urgency in a busy kitchen
Kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
