We are unable to sponsor at this time.Job DescriptionJob Description -Experience Required: 5 to 10 yearsExperience Desired: Experience with E-Commerce desired but not required, knowledge of agile development methodologies and IT project management, 5 to 10 years of business, technology and / or consulting experience specifically in a web, app or digital business area and strong leadership and influencing skillsEducation Required: Bachelors DegreeJob ResponsibilitiesDevelop and articulate roadmaps for assigned properties and applications that will meet the short and long term objectives within the organization.Work across a matrix of stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy into the product vision. Can communicate and influence effectively both horizontally and vertically within the organization.Develop and measure against a set of KPI's for business metrics, system performance, and user experience.Own and manage the product backlog and the prioritization of ideas. Defines minimum viable product solutions for market release.Work hand in hand with the development teams to define business requirements, remove roadblocks and ensure alignment for deliverables. Also work to develop quality standards for the product and product delivery.Is able to incorporate stakeholder feedback into the product roadmap, while effectively negotiating tradeoffs and resolving any conflicting priorities based on value to the business and customer.Manage defining product release standards that will assist the team in ensuring the ideal customer experience is delivered, measured and refined.Explore R&D opportunities for assigned digital products what will help our Company compete in the market and exceed customer expectations.Responsible for representing the interests of both the agile development team and our Company's customers to the internal stakeholders within the organization.Understand the overall enterprise personalization strategy and bring that strategy to live within the assigned digital properties.Act as a point of contact for external partnerships within the scope of assigned digital properties.
