Mt. Pleasant Health and Rehab is seeking an RN Wound Care Nurse!

Job Duties:

• Proper management of wound care by treating and monitoring wounds that are the result of disease, injury, or medical treatments.

• Assist with providing care that quickly and safely heal various types of wounds, including surgical openings, ulcers, bed sores, feeding tube sites, and abscesses. 

• Assess   the wounds, create and implement treatment plans, monitor infections and signs of various infections, and clean wounds.

Wound Care Nurse Requirements 

• Current valid RN license in State

• Wound care certification is preferred

• At least one year of RN experience in a Long Term Care Setting preferred
