What Success Looks Like On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to residential properties in Hartford and New London counties and the surrounding area to complete a variety of small-to-medium repair and improvement projects. Your daily responsibilities will include evaluating repair needs, explaining solutions to homeowners, performing hands-on work across multiple trades, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Over time, success in this role means building a reputation as a trusted, reliable professional. You will maintain high customer satisfaction scores, complete projects efficiently within estimated timeframes, and contribute to a collaborative team culture that takes pride in quality workmanship.
