Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive clinical services and therapeutic supports in community and residential settings.
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate functional behavior support plans to reduce challenging behaviors and build replacement skills.
• Provide coaching and training for staff and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.
• Conduct assessments on interests, preferences, skills, satisfaction, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, and multidisciplinary teamsincluding residential, clinical, and community-based providers.
• Participate in intake processes, Individual Support Plan (ISP) meetings, and ongoing care coordination.
• Provide crisis management training and professional development to staff using our foundation-approved curriculum.
• Maintain confidential clinical records and comply with all mandated reporting requirements.

Skills: Applied behavior analysis, positive behavior support, functional behavior assessments, CBT/DBT techniques, data collection, staff training, and clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree, preferably in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, mental health counseling, or a related field. BCBA or professional licensure (e.g., psychologist, LMHC, LICSW) preferred. Dual credentials and/or professional training and experience in mental health, acquired brain injury, and/or positive behavior support (PBS) preferred.
• Supervised training and experience delivering comprehensive behavior analytic services and supports to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities within their natural environments, including conducting functional behavior assessments and designing/implementing/monitoring behavior support plans.
• Experience implementing positive behavior support strategies and/or verbal behavior assessment and intervention preferred.
• Training and experience with clinical supervision, preferably in the delivery of behavior analytic services.
• Valid driver's license issued from the state of your residence and means of consistent transportation
• Ability to travel to various cities and towns as assigned
