Position: Shift Leader Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team, set the morale and tone, provide feedback and coaching, open and close the store with little to no supervision, ensure food and beverage quality, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with the General Manager to drive team performance. Set the morale and tone of the shift. Provide feedback and coach team members as needed. Open and close the store independently. Ensure quality of food and beverages. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. What’s in it for you Flexible schedule. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older. Must be able to work varied hours, including early morning shifts as early as 3 am and weekends. Must pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law. Must possess or be able to obtain a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training. Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license preferred; required at select locations. Tip eligibility is subject to state regulations. Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire. Hourly Rate $14.57 – $21.86 per hour, depending on location and shift. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Rate ranges reflect what the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position.
