Please share your resume at Job Title: Microsoft 365 Administration Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Duration: Long-term Job Description: Role Summary Responsible for administration, support, security, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Microsoft Security & Compliance solutions. Key Responsibilities Administer and support M365 workloads: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune. L3 support for incidents, service requests, and major incidents. Manage tenant administration, user provisioning, licensing, and access controls. Configure security controls including MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, DLP, and compliance policies. Support migrations, hybrid environments, and M365 transformation initiatives. Develop PowerShell automation and maintain technical documentation. Participate in problem management, RCA, governance reviews, and on-call support. Required Skills Microsoft 365 Administration & Transformation Exchange Online / Hybrid Exchange Microsoft Teams Administration SharePoint Online & OneDrive Entra ID (Azure AD) & expertize on Tenant Migration Intune & Endpoint Management Microsoft Defender & Security Compliance PowerShell Scripting & Automation Mail Flow, SPF, DKIM & DMARC Skills Mandatory Skills: M365 Suite of Products Good-to-have Skills: SharePoint Online
