Midtown Manhattan or Irvington, NY|Hybrid|Full-Time, W-2 Range: $40,500 – $94,400 Start your career at Next Level Build a caseload around your clinical interests, with supervision built to actually develop you. You'll join 60+ clinicians across 100+ specialty areas, working toward full New York State licensure with real support behind you. 30% of the fee reimbursed to us by insurance, with an increase to 40% when you meet your caseload consistently, as well as further increases at licensure. Range: $40,500 – $94,400 Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match $1,000 continuing education stipend, plus free in-house trainings and master classes Paid time off and sick time Admin, billing, and marketing support Licensure support Bonus and incentive opportunities Offices in Midtown Manhattan and Irvington, plus telehealth across New York State What You'll Do Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy Conduct assessments and develop diagnoses, treatment plans, and goals Complete documentation accurately and on time Participate in individual and group clinical supervision Respond to referrals and participate in client matching to build your caseload Build and maintain your caseload by responding to referrals, participating in client matching, and independently pursuing opportunities to grow your professional presence What You Bring MHC-LP issued by NYSED, or evidence of permit eligibility Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or another NYSED license-qualifying program One year of post-graduate clinical experience Comfort with telehealth and electronic health records Commitment to culturally responsive care Availability for in-person sessions at one of our two offices Why Start Here Excellent clinical supervision. We provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy across 100+ specialty areas to clients ages 6 to 65+. Why we exist.
