Youth Enrichment Program Manager

YMCA of Greater Long Beach

The YMCA of Greater Long Beach is seeking a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the expanded learning program, including academic tutoring, mentoring, and healthy lifestyles education. You will develop staff through observations and coaching, ensure safety, and maintain program quality by building strong relationships with families, schools, and partner agencies. This hands-on leadership role requires planning, supervision of part-time staff and volunteers, and ensuring compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr
