Pediatrics Physician Position – California The Inline Group is recruiting a full‑time pediatrics physician. Full Time Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Employed position Open to new graduates Average patients seen: 18‑24 per day No call schedule Loan repayment program Sign‑on bonus available Compensation: $240,000 – $270,000 (based on experience) Relocation aid for the suitable candidate Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match $2,000 and 5 days CME reimbursement Paid for license, DEA & CPR renewal fees Generous paid vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays Short‑ and long‑term disability coverage Malpractice coverage Life insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) available Loan forgiveness through federal and state programs Responsibilities Examine pediatric patients, obtain medical history, record results, and determine preliminary diagnosis or follow‑up procedures. Prescribe medications within state guidelines and clinic regulations. Work 4‑day/32‑hour schedules as available. Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR system.
