It's time to look at Taylor.Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist in our North Mankato-MN facility.Your Responsibilities:Maintain SQF and GMP documented information for the facility. This includes writing, revising, and training employees on work instructions and formsGenerate KPI quality data for reporting to management team using various e-data systemsReview production documentation for compliance with quality standards and evaluate and analyze discrepancies and issuesPerform internal audits and compliance assessments of production and quality systemsSupport production department in maintaining calibration of all equipment used for manufacturing activities related to compliance and customer requirementsCreate and issue eCARs/NCMRs when necessaryAssist Management in implementing and maintaining plant quality levelsProvide support to Management during Customer and 3rd Party audit activitiesYour Shift:Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Extended, weekend and additional hours may be required. Hours of work are structured to meet service demand and the needs of our customers and their clients.You Must Have:Quality orientated mindset with a strong background of operating procedures within a manufacturing environmentIntermediate to advance use of MS Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPointStrong written and verbal communications skillsGood mathematical skills and attentiveness to detailRequirements Within This Position:Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understandRegularly required to remain in a stationary positionConstantly handles products including print materialsFrequently required to move inside the facilityRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)We Would Also Prefer:Experience in ISO 9001 and SQF standardsBachelor's degree in related fieldLean six sigma certified2+ years' experienceThe anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $72,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
