Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled Machine Operator with experience operating Brake Press, Roll Form, and Powder Coat equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality metal components, maintaining production standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate Brake Press machines to bend and form metal components according to specifications.
• Set up and operate Roll Form machinery to manufacture metal parts and products.
• Prepare, hang, and process metal parts through the Powder Coat system.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Measure parts using tape measures, calipers, and other precision tools.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating Brake Press, Roll Form, or Powder Coat equipment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and production drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to safely handle metal materials and finished products.

Pay: Based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, overtime as needed
