Aspire Senior Living is under new management and seeking a compassionate and skilled Contract Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a valued member of our community, Contract Nurse (LPN/RN) will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while working in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
• Provide education and support to residents and their families on various health-related topics
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve the quality of care we provide

Note: This position is intended for local contract candidates. Applicants who live outside of the local area will be responsible for their own housing/lodging and travel-related expenses, including gas and transportation.
