We are currently looking for a full-time nurse practitioner to join our Jersey Shore Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jersey Shore, PA, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000.

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities, as well as working alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
• Collaborating with other medical professionals within the center.
• Working with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid registered nurse license. Additionally, certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master’s Degree in Nursing focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.

Preferred qualifications include:

• A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations.
• In states where permitted, an unrestricted APRN license and DEA registration for each state of practice.

The salary for this position is set between $110,000 and $130,000 per year.
