Requirements:

Active RN license in practicing state required.
BLS required; PALS preferred
Pediatric PACU experience preferred
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

Monitor pediatric patients after surgery
Assess recovery and manage pain
Administer medications and treatments
Recognize and respond to complications
Educate families on post-op care
Document care in the EMR
