Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift Job Description We’re one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of fence systems in North America. Responsibilities Install, maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance routines on all plant machinery and equipment, such as motors, gearbox, pumps, etc. Able to perform hands‑on repairs and installation of machinery parts, such as bearings, pulleys, and mechanisms. Knowledge of plumbing installations (CPVC and Threaded). Electrical troubleshooting, AC 480/240 3PH Installation and repairs of 3PH motors. Installation and repairs of electrical panels, breakers, fuses, wires, etc. Installation of sensors, switches, safety interlocks. Repairs and installation of plugs, light fixtures. Perform preventive maintenance of electrical systems Strong knowledge of LOTO will be needed. Use of forklift, man‑lift, power tools Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician Good understanding of electrical systems Basic knowledge of control systems Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Manual dexterity and problem‑solving skills Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired Requirements Minimum one year of work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Must be able to work in a team‑based, upbeat, fast‑paced environment. Must be able to understand written instructions and follow procedures.
