AWS Connect Specialist

Our local government client is hiring an AWS Connect Specialist to support their team in Washington, DC!!


Responsibilities:
- Design, document, and implement contact flows using the AWS Connect to ensure optimal and dynamic call routing
based on business requirements.
- Utilize Amazon Connect to develop and deploy chatbots and conversational AI for automated customer interactions

Qualifications:
- Completed bachelor's degree
- 3+ years' experience configuring Amazon Connect CCaaS, not AWS infrastructure
