Location: All Schools

Salary: $15.00/hour

Summary of Position: The General Food Service Worker (GFSW) works under the direction of the cafeteria manager and Director of Nutrition Services to provide all cold and hot food preparations.

Reports To: Cafeteria Manager, Director of Nutrition Services

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Must be able to read and write in English, do basic mathematics with ease and have ability to make change at cashier station.
• Demonstrate ability to carry out written and oral instructions
• Ability to keep records, as directed
• Must be free from communicable diseases

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Key Competencies:

• Ability to work and complete tasks independently within a team
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
• Ability to alter task list based on business needs
