Join our team as an MDS Coordinator LPN/RN and play a critical role in ensuring residents receive the care they deserve—while helping our facility thrive.Pay:LPN: $38.00 - 41.00 per hourRN: $79,040.00 - $85,280.00 annuallyYour Role:As our MDS Coordinator, you'll be the clinical brain behind our resident assessments and care planning processes.
