The successful candidate will provide legal support for PIMCO's U.S. registered funds, including ETFs and investment trusts. This role requires strong knowledge of securities laws and the ability to advise various stakeholders effectively. The position includes drafting and negotiating fund agreements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
