Leasing Agent Tipton Asset Group – Spring, Texas, United States Overview We are looking for an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors, assisting potential tenants and achieving high occupancy rates. The role involves being the friendly public face of the property and a key representative of the management office for both current and prospective residents. Responsibilities Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized customer service. Meet with future residents and guide them on unit tours. Conduct daily follow‑ups with prospective tenants. Prepare and execute leasing forms, and collect appropriate payments. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of one year of experience as a leasing professional. Working knowledge of property management software: Onesite, Knock, Vero, Blue Moon. Availability Must be able to work Mondays through Saturdays. Salary $15 – $19 per hour. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Life insurance and 401(k) with employer matching.
