Contract : W2, Contract Duration : 3-Month Project (Potential for Extension) Location : Hybrid – Must be onsite in Glendale, CA or Orlando, FL Monday–Thursday (Remote on Fridays) Pay Rate : CA: $32–$35/hr | FL: $31–$34/hr (Based on Experience) Schedule : 40 hours/week Brief Summary: As an Associate Marketing Manager , you will help shape the future of our clients Store brand by developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns and customer experience strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and sales across North America vertical retail channels. Responsibilities: Lead marketing tactics for product launches and campaigns across media channels. Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Experience, PR, Creative, Product, Merchandising, Tech, and more) to align on goals and strategy. Develop campaign briefs, coordinate with creative teams, and manage feedback/approval loops. Ensure marketing elements are brand-aligned and strategically prioritized. Execute marketing programs flawlessly with attention to timelines and details. Develop marketing one-sheets and presentations for internal stakeholders. Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and competitive tactics. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience (agency or brand-side preferred) Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns Ability to write compelling briefs and evaluate creative execution Strong project management, organization, and communication skills Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Self-starter mindset with curiosity and a proactive approach Collaborative and team-oriented—must thrive in a non-competitive, supportive culture Nice to Have: Experience with visual storytelling and presentation design Working knowledge of digital marketing channels Familiarity with SAP or marketing-related tools Russell Tobin / Pride Global offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity), a 401(k) retirement savings plan, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto & home insurance, pet insurance, and discounts with preferred vendors.
