Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking skilled Fleet Diesel Technicians to join our team in the Houston area, with immediate openings available across both 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) and 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM). In this role, you will independently perform routine preventative maintenance, component replacements, and complex diagnostics on a fleet of heavy-duty diesel trucks to keep our transport equipment in optimal operating condition. The ideal candidate brings 2 to 4 years of commercial diesel mechanic experience, proficiency with electronic diagnostic software, and a safety-first mindset required for a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment. While a CDL, ASE certifications, and experience with CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) systems are highly preferred, a solid background in heavy truck HVAC/refrigeration, air brakes, and electrical troubleshooting is essential to ensuring our fleet remains safe and compliant.
