National Mortgage Field Services is looking for a dependable local contractor to complete property inspections throughout Boundary County, including Bonners Ferry, Moyie Springs, and surrounding communities.

Available assignments include exterior property inspections and contact inspections. The work generally involves visiting assigned properties, taking photos, documenting basic property-condition and occupancy information, and completing simple inspection forms through a mobile app.

This is flexible 1099 field work that you complete on your own schedule. No prior property inspection experience is required. We provide the training you need to get started.

What You'll Do
