As a per diem, nonexempt Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll play a hands-on role in helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. Working under the guidance of licensed Physical Therapists, you'll implement treatment plans, support patient progress, and contribute to a collaborative care environment. Location: Wilson Health in Sidney, Ohio

Schedule: This per diem, nonexempt position will provide coverage for staff PTO and/or on an as needed basis.

Rehab Department Hours : Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-6:30pm, and Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm. Saturday and Sunday are on an on-call, as needed basis. The Rehab Department utilizes Epic.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform physical therapy treatments according to plan of care in outpatient, acute care, or home health settings
• Document via Epic or Homecare application
• Perform clinical upkeep as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing (or eligibility)
• Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation

Preferred Qualification:

• Work experience in a hospital or acute care setting

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.89 to $42.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
