Ironside Human Resources is seeking a full-time, permanent Nurse Instructor to join a medical facility located outside of West Des Moines, Iowa. This role involves planning and oversight of nursing students during clinicals and requires an active RN License and around 2 years of Med Surg nursing experience. The ideal candidate will work with the local college to develop and coach students while functioning autonomously to ensure quality patient care.
