Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

We're looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home-selling and buying process. You'd be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized and has superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease. There is also the option of hybrid two days per week once business allows. Responsibilities: • Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities • Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly • Obtain the seller's approval for the buyer's offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible • Coordinate home inspections, negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed Qualifications: • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills • Passionate about providing excellent customer service • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred • Real estate license preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly • Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities • Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly • Obtain the seller's approval for the buyer's offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible • Coordinate home inspections, negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed Compensation: $50,000-$65,000 per year
