The Warehouse General Laborer will play a vital role in supporting efficient warehouse operations within an outdoor environment. This position involves key tasks such as handling materials, managing inventory, and ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders. The role requires physical stamina and attention to safety procedures, contributing to a smooth workflow during standard 8 to 10-hour shifts without weekend or overtime commitments.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials safely and efficiently in an outdoor warehouse setting
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
• Pick and pack orders according to specifications
• Load and unload shipments with attention to quality and safety standards
• Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards
• Replenish stock to maintain inventory levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in warehouse operations
• Forklift Operator Certification and operation skills
• Basic math skills for inventory and order management
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks outdoors
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Strong teamwork and time management abilities

The Material Handler and Fork Lift operators ( must have sit down and stand up experience) will support the operation to pull and sequence the orders received in a efficient timely manner to meet the shipping deadlines.
