Description What You Will Experience

• Carry out routine and complex clinical laboratory testssuch as chemistry, hematology, and immunologywhile following established protocols with precision.
• Evaluate test results meticulously, resolve discrepancies proactively, and conduct preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Document all processes with care, mentor new team members or students, and contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requisites.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within your first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of your career with us.
