Estimator
The Estimator will be responsible for Estimating and Pre-Construction for a large variety of commercial ground up construction projects. Responsibilities include:
- Estimating and quantity take-offs
- Preparing and managing bid packages
- Scheduling
- Cost control
- Managing RFI
- Subcontractor management
- Client relations
- Procurement
- Bid analysis and quality control
Requirements include:
- 5 plus years' commercial estimating experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
- Smartbid, Planswift software experience a plus.
- On-Screen Takeoff Experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
