Collaborate with product teams to design, implement, and prototype software algorithms, while leading software/hardware co-design and kernel optimization. Benchmark and optimize performance, gather insights to guide future software and hardware designs, and inform the technology roadmap. Requirements: A bachelor's degree in computer science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required, along with Python and C++ software development experience and experience with machine learning accelerators and inference software. Preferred qualifications include a PhD and two years of experience with hardware accelerators, co-design, performance optimization, and large-scale collaborative software development, as well as the ability to plan and execute projects in ambiguous environments.
