Patient Experience Advocate

Crothall Healthcare is hiring a PATIENT AMBASSADOR at Saint John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL. The role focuses on patient interviews, new admission visits, and supporting the Patient Experience Team to improve service quality. The position is full-time with a 9:00 am–5:30 pm schedule, Monday through Friday, and no prior experience is required as training is provided.
