Job Opportunity – Medical-Telemetry Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: September 20, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 32-bed medical-telemetry unit serving adult and geriatric populations with 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio

Highlights:

• Care for trauma patients and manage complex medication protocols including heparin drips and acute medications
• Work with a specialized adult and older adult patient population in a progressive care environment
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system for comprehensive patient documentation
• Access to specialty equipment including gait belts, geriatric chairs, and physical therapy equipment
• Opportunity to apply NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders) principles in practice
• Dynamic trauma and acute care setting with advanced clinical protocols

Requirements:

• Current Georgia RN license or compact state license with ability to obtain Georgia licensure
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Documented medical-telemetry experience with completed competency checklist
• Strong background in acute care nursing with telemetry monitoring experience
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or NICHE training experience preferred
• Professional badge-appropriate photograph and complete demographic information required for credentialing
