We’re looking for a full-time crew member to join our vibrant team at Mama Hawk's Kitchen & Coffee! (Sorry, this position is not seasonal or part-time.) If you love creating great customer experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with a fun, supportive team, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Craft exceptional espresso, coffee, teas, and handcrafted sodas with care
- Become an expert on Mama Hawk’s menu and offerings
- Keep the energy upbeat and welcoming for every guest, especially during extremely busy periods
- Help train new part-time staff following our levels system
- Ability to identify potential issues, prepare for busy periods, and problem solve
- Collaborate with teammates in a dynamic, fast-casual setting
- Build genuine connections with customers—anticipate needs and deliver outstanding service
- Maintain strict health, safety, and sanitation standards
What You Bring:
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Experience in food service or high-volume retail
- Must be at least 18 years old (full-time position)
- Availability for 32–40 hours per week (primarily daytime shifts)
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Previous food service or hospitality experience
- Food manager certification
- Strong problem-solving skills

Schedule:
- Full-time (32–40 hrs/week)
- Flexible availability, including days, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move between front and back of house with ease
- Comfortable walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and operating kitchen equipment (panini/pizza ovens, slicers, mixers, etc.)
- Clear communication with team members and guests
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced with high energy (music, customers, and kitchen sounds)
- Exposure to heat from kitchen & coffee equipment
