What you’ll do as a home health admit RN As a home health admit RN, you complete start-of-care visits across the Fort Worth area. Typically, your day includes: Completing start-of-care and admission visits for new patients Performing thorough initial assessments and OASIS documentation Establishing each patient’s plan of care with the clinical team Teaching patients and families what to expect at the start of careCoordinating with physicians to get services started quickly Moreover, you work independently while a supportive team backs you up.
