Real Estate Development Accountant - Top Developer
We have an immediate need for a Real Estate Accountant in Atlanta, GA - Sandy Springs area. This is a permanent opportunity with a stable growing construction company.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years Accounting experience
- Bachelors in Accounting is REQUIRED
- Experience in Real Estate or Property Accounting is REQUIRED
- Experience with Yardi software is REQUIRED
- Ability to analyze financial packages and monthly reconciliations
- Experience with Timberline is a plus, but not required
Salary is $70K-$80K. Plus excellent benefits!
