Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy and design individualized programs. Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence. Collaborate with peers and refer to appropriate care as needed. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated as the U.S. equivalent. Salary USD $43.00 - $50.00 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
