Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: NICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: RN License Certifications: CPR, NRP Must-Have: Ventilator experience Experience with 23-40+ week gestation infants Description: Data Collection: 6/9/26 Unit Information: Number of Beds: 32 Number of Staff: 63 Type of Staff: Night shift includes 1 charge nurse, unit clerk, and the necessary nurses to care for patients Patient Ratios: 1:2 or 1:3 Type of Equipment: Vents, oscillators, Vapotherm EMR: Centricity Perinatal and Meditech Typical Hiring Profile: Most recruited for: Ventilator experience, experience with 23-40+ week gestation infants Preferred skills will be considered first: Ventilator/Oscillator experience, CPN charting Typical Procedures Performed: Intubations, assistance with eye exams, feeding tube insertions, IV insertions Best Personality Fit: Must get along well with others; not a know-it-all Floating Areas: Level II NICU and Newborn Nursery Dress Code: Scrub color: Royal Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please refer to unit policies and guidelines. Weekends and On Call: 3-4 weekends a month, no on-call required General Comments: Local fill.
