What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with a focus on financial results
- Passion for teaching, coaching, and mentoring the team
- Strong commitment to operations and customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset for business growth initiatives
- ServSafe certification
