Payroll AdministratorMortenson is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator who will provide timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions. This role will be based on a project site in Pampa, TX.ResponsibilitiesReview and reconcile timecardsExecute the weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payroll cycleAddress inquiries from team members, supervisors, or Craft Resource Managers regarding hours worked or amount paidManage work portfolio for a specific operating group, including audits, missed hours, off-cycle payroll transfers, historical corrections, and statement of earnings to support draft checksCollaborate with Human Resources to maintain employee data related to worked hours or amount paid to a team memberProvide excellent customer service to team membersRemain proficient in new technology introduced within the payroll operationsFollow department policies related to sensitive information requestsResolve timecard inquiries via telephone or e-mailBuild effective work relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds and organizational levelsPerform additional duties such as maintaining trackers, recording errors, updating KPIs, and working on special projectsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of two years' payroll experience in a multi-state environmentExperience processing payroll in either UKG, Oracle, or ADP is requiredProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationPositive, professional attitude with excellent customer service skillsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment which leverages new technologyAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to prioritize work assignments and customer requestsA few benefits offered include:Medical and prescription drug plans that includes no additional cost vision coverageDental plan401k retirement plan with a generous Mortenson matchPaid time off, holidays, and other paid leavesEmployer paid Life, AD&D, and disability insuranceNo-Cost mental health tool and concierge with extensive work-life resourcesTuition reimbursementAdoption AssistanceGym Membership Discount ProgramThe base pay range for this role is $30.77 - $41.54.
