No window cleaning experience? No problem. We provide paid training and are more interested in attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail than previous experience.

What You'll Do

Clean residential and commercial windows to Sparkle Squad standards

Perform gutter cleaning and house washing services

Safely use ladders, equipment, and cleaning tools

Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment

Deliver exceptional customer service at every job site

Create memorable customer experiences through professionalism and attention to detail

Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently

Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

What You'll Get

Consistent daytime schedule (typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Competitive pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour plus tips
