Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) . If you're looking for a role where your time, expertise, and independence are truly valued-this is your opportunity to take control of your schedule and your income.

Coverage Area: Davenport, FL / Polk County
(Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)

Compensation & Earning Potential

Pay-per-visit model: $45-$49 per visit + Medicare differential pay
Average full-time earnings: $85K+ annually
Quarterly bonus opportunities

Your Role as a Home Health Registered Nurse

Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
