What You’ll Do: Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites. Perform physical labor tasks, such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and materials. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure the well-being of yourself and your coworkers. What We're Looking For: Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to perform manual labor. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors. Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Drug-free and at least 18 years of age.
