Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator/Charge Nurse Emergency Department 11a-11p

Overview Location: Woodbridge, VA. Work shift: Weekend nights. Full time, 36 hours per week. Weekend shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 11:00 PM – 11:00 AM. Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates and positions. Responsibilities Demonstrate proficiency in nursing practice for assigned specialty area. Provide clinical leadership for delivery of nursing care in the Emergency Department. Lead safety and quality initiatives under direction of department manager. Simplify workflow and contribute to staff development. Increase staff satisfaction and promote excellent (Gold Standard) customer service. Qualifications RN-Bachelor’s Degree or RN-Master’s Degree. Virginia or Compact Multi-state RN license in good standing. ACLS & PALS or ENPC within one (1) year of hire. BLS within 90 days of hire. Minimum 18 months registered nursing experience.
