Senior Manager, Marketing

OverviewJob PurposeIntercontinental Exchange (ICE) operates at the center of global financial markets and data, powering exchanges, clearing houses, mortgage technology, and market infrastructure that institutions worldwide depend on. Our marketing team translates that breadth into targeted, measurable growth by connecting the right audiences to the right ICE solutions at the right moment.As senior manager, demand generation, you will own the programs and platforms that drive pipeline across ICE's business segments. You will combine deep marketing automation expertise with a strategic ABM mindset to build campaigns that generate qualified demand and deliver demonstrable ROI. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Technology and working in close partnership with product marketing and sales, you will be as comfortable architecting multi-channel campaigns as you are presenting pipeline attribution data to senior leadership. This is a high-ownership role for a senior practitioner who wants to drive real commercial impact at scale.ResponsibilitiesMarketing technology platformsServe as an internal subject matter expert on marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred) and account-based marketing platforms (Demandbase preferred), ensuring best practices are followed and sharing knowledge across the marketing teamProvide platform training and guidance to other marketing team members as neededEvaluate and activate AI-powered capabilities within the martech stack to improve campaign efficiency and targeting precisionDemand generation and campaign managementDesign and execute multi-channel demand generation programs with a focus on email marketing, marketing automation, and ABM, across ICE's corporate and multi-segment portfolioBuild, maintain, and troubleshoot marketing automation programs based on an understanding of campaign requirements and the customer journeyDevelop behavior-based marketing programs in collaboration with sales and marketing partnersManage ABM campaigns targeting priority accounts in close alignment with sales, including target account selection, personalized messaging, and outreach sequencingPrepare and review email campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, and other digital assets, serving as a technical lead on campaign buildsMeasurement, analysis, and reportingEstablish and track campaign ROI and spend efficiency metrics, delivering regular performance updates to marketing partners and sales leadershipCollect and track marketing performance data across multiple marketing data sources, to include applications like Eloqua, Demandbase, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and TableauRecommend and implement optimizations based on campaign performance data, and participate in collaborative reviews to improve channel KPIsHelp maintain and populate a marketing dashboard for executive leadership to assess overall marketing performanceMarketing database managementMaintain deep understanding of data flows between operational databases, marketing databases, and CRMOversee data hygiene best practices to ensure data qualityCoordinate with sales, CRM operations, and other departments to align on data needs and lead qualification criteriaKnowledge and ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of combined experience in demand generation and marketing automation, including hands-on work with automation platforms (Eloqua strongly preferred, certification a plus; Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud also considered), ABM programs (Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus), and Salesforce CRM (CRM/MAP integration experience required)Demonstrated ability to measure and report ROI, pipeline contribution, and spend efficiencyExperience with Google Analytics, Tableau, or equivalent reporting toolsFamiliarity with AI-assisted features in marketing automation or ABM platformsIntermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, advanced formulas)Financial services, fintech, or enterprise B2B marketing experience strongly preferredStrong cross-functional collaboration with sales, BDR, and product marketing teamsExcellent written communication skills Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
